Furthermore, she was a good listener. I didn't talk much aside from the initial check-in, but she invited any opportunity for me share easily. Because we live 500 miles apart, we used the Zoom app which allowed us to be face-to-face in real time while accessing her computer screen, which laid out my entire chart.
